I have had the best luck with the program Winpack. Get the latest version.
It doesn't do fax or navtex (as far as I know) but for packet or pactor it
is hard to beat. You can set up scripts that you can run to set parameters
on the pk232 to different values depending on what you are doing. If you
change between vhf packet and hf pactor, you can set up a couple of script
files to do the changes for you (e.e. changing baud from 300 to 1200, etc.)
