someone to manage the clock, and that was his only job. All because

Romeo Crennel has the same problem with clock management. Terrible.

How the **** does this happen in the NFL? SOmetimes I see a team that is
down, needing 2 possessions with about 3 minutes left, ****ing walk to
the line of scrimmage, taking 30 seconds to run a play. Herm was
legendary for this.
