Was it ever a good brand? Years back I wanted to put together a
component system, so I asked the guys in the repair shop what's a good
brand (name the component) to buy. Always got the same answer.
Anything that's not Sony. They said they repaired more Sony stuff than
everything else they sold put together.... Was that because they sold
more Sony stuff or because more Sony stuff broke? I dunno....
