Z104 bit the dust, with WGMS (Classical 103.5) taking the 104.1

is being broadcast out of Waldorf, MD now, huh?

Yes, thank goodness WGMS didn't get reformatted into some talk format
show. They are the only full-time classical music station left in the
D.C. metro area that I'm aware of.

I can only hope the listener base is such in D.C. that they will not
follow in the footsteps of so many other classical music stations.
