The nice thing about a civil lawsuit is that the huge fine can be
attached to defendant's wages; for every dollar earned, so many cents
go to paying the plaintiff the awarded amount. Also, if property is
sold, the funds are seized and again given to the plaintiff.

Jeff, I really doubt anything will be done about it, I've been complaining
about a moron posting my Copyrighted material on here and on other
newsgroups and nothing has been done about it yet.

Maybe they investigated and found out the moron was the one making
the complaint.

If I were you, Toiddie, the LAST thing I'd want to do is bring the
attention of federal law enforcement officers to my attention.
