Th heart is the Maxim MAX497, a very easy to implement 4X video
buffer. One of Jim's kits was just bought on EBay by a friend for
$100 or so. Jim also had them (kits) for sale at Dayton 2 years back.

Go active!
I built Jim's (W8ZR) 8 port active multicoupler and it's terrific. It has
some features that the Stridberg does not provide. I do not think he sells
the kits anymore however.
