hi just bought a standard hx 290 of ebay and was told it was on marine
band vhf. only thing is i misunderstud the advert and thought it was
already tuned to marine band and not that it will be able to recive on
there freq, so now i am trying to get infomation on how to program it,
is there any one that can help me please on soft ware prog lead etc or
some one that can do it for me and at what cost. i think i might have
the software but i stil need a lead
