and digital operation on 10 meters, and CW on the 80, 40, and 15 meter

To get more privileges they'd have to pass the General Class element(s)
of the exam.


They may just granfather everyone to General and do away with what will
become a redundant category of licence. That was done in other countries when
requirements were being reduced. Either way it will not be very long before
we hear SSB on 14.005
