They may just granfather everyone to General and do away with what will
become a redundant category of licence. That was done in other countries when
requirements were being reduced. Either way it will not be very long before
we hear SSB on 14.005

the FCC has said they will not do thta in the NPRM now they could
change their mind but I doubt that
