Last time I check russia wasn't a communist country and under federal
and Intermational law it wasn't Illegal to talk to them. I've talked to
a number russian stations. Space station MIR as well as RS-10, 11, and
the others was and are under russian jurdiction, IMHO you don't know
what they hell your talking about.
