No biggie on being stuck with a cheap radio, as my father-in-law and I like
to dabble with radios. He has a little trading post in a neighboring town.
We buy, sell, trade, mostly CB radios, and the occasional scanner. We dont
run across many shortwave sets. He has an OLD Robyn CB rig right now, along
with an old Regency. Tube types, and they work good. Somebody will come
along and want them eventually.
But if we cant sell, we usually manage to trade for something else we want
