A call for assistance -- I picked up a very nice CRF-230
a few weeks ago, and was waiting for the AC cord (which
I finally obtained on Ebay -- thanks for those who responded
to my early inquiries).

It's a beautiful radio -- probably one of the best looking
things I have ever set eyes on. And it's completely
working on all bands.

But it has the following issues:

-- Very dirty contacts (was owned by a pipe smoker)

-- And two bulbs out on the display

Appreciate any advice (or offer of help) from any 230 owners
in the group as to best way to go about cleaning the radio,
what cleaner to use (or avoid), and the bulb issue.

This is the 230 not 230B by the way...
