I would work him and then feel soiled later. DX is DX no mater how you work
them.

This sort of thing happens when the DX station can not pick out the

mobiles,
QRP and weak stations on their own.
Or the DX station is not very good at working a pileup or does not speak
English very well.
So a well meaning strong station acts to relay callsigns to the DX.
Or more often takes a list and acts as net control.
Either way it is an assisted QSO and true blue DXers frown on this

practice
as well as any DX net.

Stated differently when you join the DX club, don't tell em you work the

DX
nets or lists.

However assisted QSOs, nets, lists, don't show up on QSL cards, so counts
for DXCC.

Back to the true blue DXers -- wonder if a P5 came on a DX Net or list,

how
true and blue would they be ???

On the other hand, it is your station, your DX style, so do what you want.
