I just heard on SW that the president said, "There will be NO CHARGES"
concerning this event.

Someone earlier was saying that Cheney - AND WHITTINGTON - would be
charged with not having the $7.00 quail stamp!

They should be charged for not having the stamps, anyone else would. Though
the Texas DNR said it was a new and not very well comunicated
law and they would probably issue warnings. The ranch owners should have
know this and had stamps for them on arrival.
