Your PC on the mountain will need a static IP so that it can be accessed
over the web.
This box will be a web server to host the control page and send back the
audio.
You can write a little web page in
VB.net for example that can pass
commands to the serial port.
The audio can be sent back over a host of methods. A free method is the
WinAmp shoutcast software.
