Marine Weather Broadcasts On-line Survey
http://www.bom.gov.au/survey/hf/

The Bureau of Meteorology is conducting a survey to gather information
on the usefulness of its HF marine weather broadcasts and ways to improve
the service.

If you are a mariner who uses HF radio to receive weather forecasts
and warnings from the Australian Bureau of Meteorology's transmitters at
Charleville (call sign VMC) and Wiluna (call sign VMW) we would appreciate
your time in completing a short on-line survey.

To access the survey please click-on the link below.

If you wish to complete the survey off-line and post to the Bureau

Why are we seeking feedback?

The Bureau of Meteorology commenced this service on 1 July 2002 to
replace coast radio station broadcasts. A new system was commissioned by the
Bureau to provide a dedicated weather service for mariners. This system
provides both automated voice and radiofax broadcasts.

We are keen to hear from all users of the Bureau's marine HF radio
service about its usefulness and any suggestions you may have to improve or
enhance it.

Please note. This survey closes on 31 March 2006.
