I bid $129 on a Sony ICF SW7600GR radio from a seller on Ebay.
The seller charged me $41 shipping. (I priced return
shipping via UPS, it is
$16.29)

It also works the other way, I sold a compound bow that I had
weighed and estimated shipping to be about $15.00, for good measure
I said $18.00 on the listing, sold it within a few hours and when
I went to ship it UPS wanted $38.00 to ship it to NorthCarolina
fm Texas, I was ****ed and told the guy that I had used their
estimation software, no avail! I ate the cost difference in this
case
