it realy isn't a policy question is it after if it truely obeys the
rules and doesn't interfer with us I am all for BPL, I am of course
dubuious esp after reading some of the point Len Anderson made sone
time back but frankly if we could work out the bugs we would also get
powersystems less likely to cause powerline interference as well

I am concerned about bpl not dead set against the idea
