ideal ground impedance is zero.however at rf/microwave, copper traces
have parasitic caps,res, and inductance...we have a formula of
inductance of a pcb trace which is independent on frequency(dependent
on Length and width of trace only)...

with this, is there a way to quantify the impedance of a ground plane?
