I'm not a super dx'er...just barely a little pistol. But does it really take
much self education to know it's a bad practice to tune up on the dx's
frequency or to tx there when he's listening up? How would you know? Well,
if you don't hear anyone else calling the dx there must be a reason why and
it's likely because he's "listening up"...sigh. Makes it that much more
difficult.
