Default New program. Input Z of loaded line

NOW AVAILABLE ** New Program "INPUT_Z.exe"

This program calculates the often required input impedance, Z = R+jX,
of a coaxial transmission line when terminated with a load impedance
such as a radio antenna. It uses full classical transmission line
formulae and therefore avoids the errors inherent in the Smith Chart
at the lower radio frequencies.

Also calculated are line attenuation, reflection coefficient, angle of
reflection coefficient, SWR, power efficiency, and the line loss in
decibels in the presence of SWR.

Input data of frequency, line length, load resistance and load
reactance can be varied in small increments from the keyboard to allow
line behaviour to be observed. The diameter of the coaxial inner
conductor is also input, this being needed for calculating loss in the
line which affects input impedance.

Download program INPUT_Z (40 K-bytes) in a few seconds from website
below and run imediately.
