Try 15400 (West/Central Africa) that starts at 16:00 (but doesn't
come in until later) until 23:00. It ranges from crummy to adequate

Thanks for the suggestion but 15400 does not come in very well here.

15390 is the strongest signal on the schedule now and only for 1 hour.
