My usual reception of RA and NZ is that one is much better than the
other for some reason but not tonight 04:00 to 05:00 UTC.

On 13670 RA is battling a China domestic 50 KW station where RA is
winning.

Looks like things have gotten a little worse as the Kp went to 6
indicating geomagnetic storm conditions from unsettled. I was listening
to RA on 13670 and it was still OK until sign-off.
