I've had good luck ordering custom stuff from Cal Crystal Lab / Comclok -
they seem to be quite good about providing onesies and twosies to
individuals.

Their web site is www.calcrystal.com - they don't seem to have a
10.400 in stock at the moment but I'd encourage you to give them a
call and see what they can come up with.
