"Exactly" is one of the buzz words like "perfect", "always",
"never", "infinite", "lossless", etc. that invariably make
any statement using them false. Nobody, except some "experts"
on this newsgroup, is ignorant enough to use those words in
a supposedly technical valid sentence.
