dayton has come and gone and the FCC ture to from has not brought out
the R&O in part to please the ARRL no doubt and in part to keep
whatever theire rpogram for dayton from being side tracked

they could come out with R&O is few day or weeks or..

with the Nvec stuff I still still think it wil between now and that
meeting, so the FCC folks avoid the issue from some VECS's when you
going to finalize things so we can do our job sort of bitching
