"The SWR with the apostrophe s is a grammatical error.
The apostrophe s indicates that the SWR is possessive,
that the SWR owns something; or, that the SWR is
doing something. The apostrophe s is not plural!!
The plural, multiple, SWR is denoted SWRs."

PLURALS - When you add an 's' to make a plural,
it NEVER takes an apostrophe.
Never. There are no exceptions.
The same is True for Plurals of Abbreviations
- it is A.T.M.s, not A.T.M.'s
- itr is G.P.s not G.P.'s.
NOTE - These Rules are those which Apply in Modern British English
(as taught in High Schools and Universities throughout the
Commonwealth).
FWIW - The King's English which is often NOT Spoken or Written by
Americans.
