Congratulations to K1MAN. Good men always win.

if you are going to post you might try saying what happened

Since you have so much time on your hands, you might try to go look it up.

It's a simple, and fair, requirement in any debate that if it's your
assertion to make, then it's your assertion to prove. Where's your
proof?

or at least evidence or in this case just making a meanful claim

If there really was such important breaking news in support of K1MAN,
you would be shouting it from the rooftops, and with the exact web
addresses from the FCC, the ARRL, or other definitive source containing
this valuable information (k1man.com doesn't count).

The jaded readers of this newsgroup have seen many, many posters come
traipsing through here over the years spouting all kinds of bizarre
claims. Of course, with the caveat that the supporting evidence can't
be revealed, or won't be believed, or is too hard to find, or even (as
you are trying to assert in your case) is the responsibility of the
skeptics to find. In 99.9% of these claims, we can confidently call
"B.S." Either the claim is not true, or has been greatly exaggerated,
and the evidence, or lack thereof, underscores this point.

Facts:

- There has been no FCC or court action since the upholding of K1MAN's
$21,000 forfeiture in March of 2006:

http://www.fcc.gov/eb/Orders/2006/DA-06-663A1.html

which is interesting

(Search Google with "site:fcc.gov Glenn Baxter")

- The alleged case that overturns the FCC's Red Light Rule has turned
out to be a fake. The quick removal of it from the K1MAN web site is
a fairly clear, implicit acknowledgment of this fact.
