The FCC has not authorized nighttime IBOC - IBOC is in a state of great
turmoil, and is not going to happend, despite what some idiots say:
There are over 1000 HD stations on the air. There are commitments for
several thousand more. It already happened.
There are FAR fewer HD/IBOC stations on the air:
