rec.radio.shortwave. Voting began on 23 Jul 2006, and ended on 24 Jul 2006.

RATIONALE: remove rec.radio.shortwave

The last on topic month was March 1995.

There are other more suitable means of discussing short wave propagation,
so rec.radio.shortwave is not a suitable candidate for conversion to a
moderated newsgroup.

The newsgroup rec.radio.shortwave was created in August 1988, with the first
message posted in August 1988.
