I think these are shifted John. For instance, 4268.7 is probably the well
known Canadian Halifax station at 4271 KHz . I don't know the R71A well
enough but maybe you have to shift it 2.3 KHz by the pick up the FAX?
Different receivers do it differently. Thanks again for the list!

I'll guess and say carrier; the receiver is an ICOM R71A in the RTTY
position, feeding the audio into a Universal M-7000 decoder, and then
to a video monitor.
