Try The "Jazz Show" on the Voice of Russia, 9665 kHz, Wednesday 0130
(Tuesday evening in North America). Outstanding music and oustanding
sound quality. Try running it through your stereo system if possible.
The only problem with it is that it's too short! Only a half-hour. (I
could listen to this music all night!)
The Voice of Russia also features a great deal of classical music at
varying times.
Another very interesting show is "Marion's Attic" on WBCQ, 7415, Sunday
0100 (Saturday evening in North America). Very eclectic old records and
Edison discs - varying types of music - presented in an odd but
compelling manner.
Radio Australia (best after 0200 on 15515) and Radio New Zealand
International (also best after 0200 on 13730) play music which is often
interesting.
Best,
Joe
I hope this is of interest to you.
