All the bids were posted at the end of the auction and
the Sony ICF-SW55 is a rather rare radio and is also
an upgraded circuitry version of the venerable Sony 2010.
I see no problem with this auction. Perhaps if you want to
be an self-appointed "e-Bay Cop" you should contact e-Bay
directly and offer your services to them at no charge instead of
wasting your time in the ham radio NG's?

Agree completely that this looks on the up and up. The high bidder
looks real enough. The other bidder who has zero feedback initially
looked suspicious, but his bidding history looks ok. He bid on three
different SW55's all listed by different sellers. If the radio is in
the condition the seller says it is and if the buyer is willing to pay
the price then why not. It's the buyers money.

Contrary to what the original poster hinted at there is nothing wrong
with this auction that I see. But maybe the original poster will
respond back with specifics about why he feels this auction is
suspicious. Any one can assert the auction looks suspicious without
giving a reason.
