I ahve no doubt that he has indeed had some learning
disabilities...But rather than encourage him to work around them,
mumsie and popsie just gave him everything.

Now he's so used to getting what he want's for nothing, he thinks

No doubt he's found that out late in life, and probably why he's
been investigated in two states for abusing his dilapidated father.
