Default How about supporting an 85% passing score for written exams?

Morse code is electric smoke signals. Completely obsolete. The Amateur
Radio Service is about wireless communications, not codes and cyphers.

Telephone displaced telegraph on the wires. Radiotelephone replaced
radio telegraph on the air, once modulation was developed. Telegraph is
gone except for a few diehards. Good ridance!
