Go get KiCad. GPL license, no limitations and runs on both Linux and
Windooze. You find KiCad on the net for download.


Certainly worth checking out, but I'd be surprised if most people felt that
KiCad and EAGLE with "roughly comparable" -- most people would definitely tend
to prefer one over the other.
