Has a pretty good signal today on 17850. It's interesting how their
programming has changed over the past year. Not long ago, you were
lucky if you ever caught any English language programming from them.
They'd occasionally throw in ten minutes or so of news analysis at the
end of their broadcast, and you were lucky to catch it. Now they're
broadcasting a lot in English and the signal to North America has
improved. Interesting.
