What does an ALC have to do with anything we're discussing here?
If the topic is still about an amplifier you're developing,
then ALC should be a critical aspect of the discussion,
much more so than some phantom keying gimmick.
However, considering an ALC interface is absent or nontrivial to implement
on most CB radios, its inclusion could complicate the 'plug and play'
simplicity that the COR 'feature' caters to.
FWIW: My amplifier has both keying and ALC lines as part of a
mulit-conductor accessory cable that's fairly simple to connect,
DIN plugs on each end.
Maybe in the future you could simplify things and use the
multi-conductor accessory cable method so common on high end amplifiers?

Did you check the website? It states this amp is "the Amplifier Built for
the Discerning HF Radio Operator". BWAAAAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!! I'm sure
Henry and Tokyo High Power are worried!
