Default Is a contact with a no-code ham a real QSO?

What's a "no-code ham"? All FCC-licensed radio amateurs are allowed to
use Morse Code.

If FCC-licensed amateurs observe FCC regulations and follow good
amateur operating practice, they are "real hams" and their QSOs are
"real QSOs".

If you meant "noncodetested hams", the same criteria apply: If they
observe FCC regulations and follow good amateur operating practice,
they are "real hams" and their QSOs are "real QSOs".

Why wouldn't they be real?
