3. Press the [band] key. When rotate the DIAL to select the "Priority"
channel, a "P" icon

(for the "Main" band priority channel) or "p" icon (for the "Sub" band
priority channel)

will appear to the right of the "MR" icon, indicating it is the Priority
channel.
