Since it's not Roger posting as he's in jail, it must be his mother. I
wonder if she uses his callsign on the hams bands and makes contacts for
him too? No one would ever know if she's good at CW, PSK31, RTTY, and
packet. But if she does ATV, that would be one friggen scary image on
your TV set. Also as bad as Woger at himself.
