Default Voice of Korea

Here in SE UK I've been trying to get Voice of Korea (Radio Pyongyang as
was...) and according to their info at
http://www.voiceofkorea.org/technical/inquiryform.htm I've been trying
13.760 and 15.245 between 13:00 and 13:57UTC. Nothing... Zilch... (I know
it's daytime, will try again later on tonight)

Has anyone had any success with N.Korea? I've been explaining the HF output
of such states to my partner and this is the last proper Stalinist police
state. (Remember the military marching music whilst Gorbachev was "on
holiday" in his country dacha?) Anyway, I'd really appreciate any freq's and
times/locations etc that people have had any success with this one...
Shortwave is just not the same without some decent propaganda. There used to
be loads of it.

13760 kHz and 15180 kHz at 0100 UTC are usually well-received at my QTH
(Edmonton, Alberta). The solar indices are A/K of 15/2 so my reception
of the higher frequencies is kaput at the moment.
