Default AR-7030 or NRD-545

In article ,
says...
I'm in the business of buying a new receiver and have settled on
two options;

The AOR AR-7030Plus or the Japan Radio NRD-545.
Which one would have the highest dynamic range (IP3) and
sensitivity? Is the AR-7030 receiver so clumsy to operate as
many have stated?

I had a original version 7030 here for a while, I was thinking about
buying it from a friend, but even after I got used to it, it's operation
still annoyed me way too much to ever buy one. It's a great receiver,
but IMO, just a big hassle to use. Too small for it's own good.

If I had the $$ I would be sitting a few feet from a NRD-545 now. The
7030 plus probably is better in some ways on AM, but I do Utes, and in
SSB, it's close enough that the vastly superior ergonomics of the JRC
would win.

But that's me. It's your money.
