referred only to the licenses not the people. He seems to think that a
definition of the license is also a definition of the person. That is
absolutely inane. Afterall most of us, including myself, hold a
standard driver's license. It is a lower class license than a
chauffer's license, CDL B, or CDL A. None of us are "insulted" by the
fact the we hold a lower class license.
