Default 6.739.7 Phoenetics Station
I logged this about 3 weeks ago @08:15 UTC till about 08:30 UTC on USB. A
male voice transmitting a long series of phoenetics (alpha, bravo, etc.)
Signed off at about 08:30 UTC saying, "this concludes message #69, end of
transmission." Any ideas what this was?
