I logged this about 3 weeks ago @08:15 UTC till about 08:30 UTC on USB. A
male voice transmitting a long series of phoenetics (alpha, bravo, etc.)
Signed off at about 08:30 UTC saying, "this concludes message #69, end of
transmission." Any ideas what this was?

I went looking through the SpyNumbers.com database but couldn't seem to find a
match with anything.

Something new or just a pirate fooling around??

I didn't think there were any numbers stations that used phrases like
"this concludes message #69". I am no authority on it but I bet it is the
latter, not the former.
