fund, directly or indirectly, Al-Quada NOT to attack us. If we are attacked
they will threaten sanctions. If the sanctions threat doesn't work they will
debate the existence of Al-Quada at the UN. If that doesn't work, then Al Gore
will hug some trees. :-)
