My wife and daughter are always trying to take my red s350 :-)

That's about what the open box and manufacturer repacks sell for on
Ebay as I remember. Chances are it isn't new and doesn't come with a
warranty but check with the seller. Still for the price it would get
you a good performing reasonably well made radio that sounds good.
