Everything is in the box! Picked this up and decided the digital scanner
was the one I wanted (needed). The one has been out of the box for only a
few days, never off the desk here. Included also is Butel's ARC330
programming / visual scanner software for this unit. This is the "basic"
version of the software and was purchased by me so you'll get the activation
key with it in its original case.
