Your best bet would be to place an order with a major outside of NY
City dealer such as Ham Radio Outlet www.hamradio.com and have the
order sent to your address in New York City. The Delaware store
should be able to get it there within one or two days via United
Parcel Service, plus, on orders over $100.00 there is no shipping
charges added.
